“The young woman, that was the camp host, was amazing. She was so helpful and kind. The bathrooms were extremely clean. Shhhhh Little Cultus Lake Campground is my favorite.”
“Nice and quiet campground. Bring enough drinking/potable water with you. ”

Little Cultus Lake Campground sits on the south side of Little Cultus Lake, about 46 miles southwest of Bend along the Cascade Lakes Highway and a short network of Forest Roads (4635, 4630 and 4636). The site contains 28 campsites that accommodate both tents and RVs, most positioned beneath a canopy of trees and relatively close to the lakeshore so you wake to lake views and immediate water access. The campground includes a paved boat ramp for easy launching; boaters should observe the lake's 10 mph speed limit. The lake itself covers about 175 acres and supports rainbow and brook trout, and the shoreline shelves gently making many spots ideal for wading and swimming rather than deep-water entry. Recreational opportunities center on the water and nearby trails: swimmers and families will appreciate the gentle bottom for safe play, anglers can fish for trout from shore or from small boats, and a short hike from the campground gives access to trails that lead toward the Three Sisters Wilderness. Beyond those immediate draws, the surrounding Deschutes National Forest offers auto touring, biking, picnicking, wildlife viewing and winter-sport opportunities when conditions allow. Reservations are handled through Recreation.gov; note the campground's policy that once your reservation start date has begun, neither the Recreation.gov Contact Center nor the campground manager will be able to modify your reservation.
