Bridger Campground sits at about 5,000 feet along the Logan River, roughly six miles up Logan Canyon from the city of Logan on US-89. The river flows right past the campsites, and a mix of oak, maple, box elder and cottonwood trees shades the campground and paints the canyon in vivid color each fall; in summer you'll find wildflowers and wild roses along the banks. The facility is small and low-key: nine sites that accept both RVs and tents, each outfitted with a picnic table and metal fire ring, and flush restrooms are nearby. The river is the campground's central draw angling, tubing and canoeing are all common here and trailheads a short distance away (about 1.4 miles at Spring Hollow Campground) put you on the Spring Hollow, Mill Hollow, Crimson and Bridger Lookout trails for day hikes or mountain biking. Because sites are compact and close to the water, the campground tends to suit anglers, families and RVers after easy river access without a long drive into the backcountry. Practical details matter here: the verified campground total is nine sites, each listed at $24 per night with a posted capacity of up to eight people plus one vehicle; extra vehicles are $10 per vehicle per day and day-use passes cost $15. Reservations, changes and cancellations follow Recreation.gov policies cancelations generally incur a $10 service fee withheld from refunds, and cancelling the day before or the day of arrival will cost the $10 service fee plus forfeiture of the first night's use fee; no-shows are assessed a $20 service fee and forfeit the first night. Some reservation changes (switching dates entirely outside your original reservation) carry a $10 change fee, while extending or shortening within original dates generally does not. Interagency passholders (Senior Annual/Lifetime, Access, Golden Age, Golden Access) are eligible for discounts on the recreation fee for individual campsites only, and the pass holder must occupy the site. Payments are accepted by cash, check or Scan & Pay through the recreation.gov app; refunds and billing follow Recreation.gov procedures (refund requests can be submitted through your Recreation.gov profile, and card refunds are issued back to the original card). For facility-specific questions call (385) 273-1100, and from Logan follow US-89 north into Logan Canyon about 5.5 6 miles to the campground sign, then turn in at the posted entrance.
