A mountain bikers dream. Over 50 miles of mountain bike trails connected to the property. Some are wide dirt roads that are shared with vehicles, ATVs and others. But there are also several single track bike trails to enjoy. With 238 acres, you will feel like you are the only one there. In addition, the Desert Wave Pool is at the foot of the hill which always has the same amount of water for cooling off even when the lakes are nearly empty. It is a favorite hangout for locals who enjoy riding mountain bikes and ATVs on the property.
