“Chickasaw Hill, as well as the other campgrounds around Enid Lake is a great place to camp. The sites are paved, level, and there are full hook-ups. We have found that if you visit during "off-season" or anytime other than a holiday, your stay will be peaceful and very enjoyable.”
“Wonderful campground, well kept, great size pads, nice picnic tables, and especially like the fact there is lighting at each campsite, beautiful views, and it has a beach. Will be going back soon. ”
“Everything was good except We have not seen the camp host yet ”

Chickasaw Hill Campground sits on the banks of Enid Lake in the forested Hills Region of northern Mississippi, about 56 miles south of Memphis off I-55. The site is quiet and family-oriented, laid out among hardwoods with direct access to shoreline recreation; it contains exactly 53 campsites, of which 46 are configured to accommodate both RVs and tents and 7 are tent-only. Modern conveniences at the campground include full hookups for RVs and flush toilets, a playground and an interpretive trail for children and casual walkers, and picnic shelters fitted with grills and tables for group meals. Boat ramps are provided within the campground, and the route from the interstate is routed via Enid Dam Road and the Enid Lake Field Office area check with the field office for current access conditions, reservation policies and any seasonal restrictions before you go. The lake itself is the main draw: Enid Lake is nearly 16,000 acres of water created by a dam on the Yocona River and backed by roughly 44,000 acres of forest, offering extensive shoreline for fishing, paddling and water sports. Anglers come for white crappie, bass and catfish the lake produced the world record white crappie at 5 pounds, 3 ounces and regular fishing tournaments are held here. Trails follow the lakeshore and penetrate the surrounding woods, providing routes for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding, and there's an equestrian trail for riders. A fishing pier below the dam is an accessible spot for anglers who don't launch boats, and there is a privately owned lodge/resort on the lake for additional overnight options. Camping fees were raised on 1-1-21 from $20 to $24 per night; because fees, reservations and seasonal availability can change, contact the Enid Lake Field Office or the campground reservation system for the latest rates and booking details.
