“All sites are well spaced with amazing views of the lake and most are well shaded. Shower/toilet rooms are kept clean. Cost is amazing, particularly with senior parks pass ($12). Unbeatable ”
“The bathrooms could use a little deeper cleaning and updated and the placement of the fire ring on campsite 14 could be moved. Other than that it was awesome! We love camping there! ”

Lost Bridge South Campground sits on the wide, tree-lined shore of Beaver Lake in the Ozark Mountains, a landscape of limestone bluffs and occasional cave openings that frame the water. The campground has 36 sites total; each of those 36 sites is configured to accommodate both RVs and tents, and sites are described as large, shady and roomy many just steps from the lake shore. Basic comforts are provided: fire rings, picnic areas, drinking water and flush toilets. The lake itself is the product of Beaver Dam (completed in 1966) and at conservation pool offers about 449 miles of shoreline, so you're camping in a setting shaped as much by the reservoir as by the surrounding mixed hardwood and evergreen hills. Lost Bridge South is located east of Rogers, near Garfield, and is accessed from Highway 127/127 Spur that leads into the park; for current fees, reservation policies and seasonal access details check the official park page maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Recreational options radiate out from the campground: boating and water sports are the obvious draws on Beaver Lake, and several year-round marinas around the lake sell groceries, fuel and supplies and offer boat rentals, storage and fishing guides. Anglers will find largemouth and smallmouth bass, crappie, bream, white bass, stripers and channel or spoon-bill catfish in the lake, while the colder waters just below the dam on the upper White River support rainbow and large German brown trout. Trails through the Ozarks provide hiking, biking and wildlife viewing, and the area also supports hunting for upland game such as deer, rabbits and squirrels a short drive from population centers. Other available activities in and around Lost Bridge South include picnicking, playgrounds and specialized sport sites, scuba diving, spelunking and general sightseeing plan logistics (boat rentals, guide services, supplies) in advance with the marinas or the park's concession services.
