“Drunk Mexicans were singing, drinking, and shouting into microphones all evening after 10 o’clock, playing nonstop music until midnight. Later in the evening, drunk people noisily went to the river after 10pm and screamed along the riverbank.”
“This place is a dump. Name and price for overnight suggest it would be nice. That would be an overstatement.”
