Guest ★ 5 · Jun 2026Easy and simple checking in. Straight forward assist on where our spot was located and taking us there, and showing the basic info for the trip. Everything clean and easy. Appreciated even offering onsite pizza services. Zero issues other than the night before we left, a guest had started and ran their generator many times over the course of 30+ mins at 3am. But obviously not KOAs fault.
