“Please remove or move back the boulders/massive rocks from the road. For C4 site it makes it difficult to get a 35 ft camper into the site. The rocks are not marked and hard to see at night. It is dark in the park and this poses a hazard”
“There is no water at the site but water station is not far away. Site is level which is something everyone leaves out of their review and worked perfectly for our 26ft Rockwood. A slower pace at Shiloh and we loved it. ”

Shiloh Campground occupies a wooded shoreline spot on Greers Ferry Lake in the north-central Arkansas Ozarks, a landscape threaded with ridges like Round Mountain and a mix of red cedar, black gum, red oak, elm, pecan and sweet gum that shade sites in summer and turn autumn colors later in the season. The campground contains 88 campsites in all: 86 sites are configured to serve both RVs and tents and 2 are tent-only, plus the park description notes one large non-electric group site for larger gatherings. Sites are arranged in several small loops Loop A has 17 sites, B has 10, C has 14, D has 15, E has 14, F has 10, G has 5 and Loop I contains a single site which keeps the overall feel more like a series of intimate neighborhoods than one big lot. Wildlife is common here; expect to see white-tailed deer, wild turkey and songbirds around the trees, and the Little Red River below the nearby dam is stocked by a trout hatchery, so anglers in the area often chase both warmwater and trout species. The practical side is straightforward: Shiloh provides basic campground infrastructure flush and vault toilets, showers, a dump station, a covered picnic shelter and an on-site boat ramp while marinas and park-run facilities around the lake supply rentals, fuel and food for longer outings. Water recreation is the main draw on Greers Ferry Lake: boating, sailing, water skiing, swimming, scuba diving and year-round fishing are all possible from Shiloh's access points, and hikers can use three National Nature Trails plus a multi-purpose fitness trail in the area. The William Carl Garner Visitor Center, located just west of the dam, is a short drive away and offers exhibits, a children's touch table and a replica of the 40 lb. 4 oz. brown trout caught in the Little Red River.
