“The camp host was very friendly and accommodating. He even let us check in early. Very clean facilities. Very beautiful site.”
“Campground and restrooms were clean. The camp host was not on site but a host from another camp made the rounds and ensured any needs we had were taken take of.”
“Everyrhing was good except the bathroom had lots of flies and wasps. Would have been nice if someone sprayed or cleaned up the bathroom a little.”

Diamond Campground sits at about 5,200 feet where Diamond Fork Stream and Wanrhodes Creek thread through stands of cottonwood and willow, giving Loop A a distinctly shady, leafy character while Loop B opens to grasses and sagebrush. The site layout totals 67 campsites: 57 accommodate both RVs and tents, 4 are RV-only and 6 are tent-only; Loop A contains 25 campsites and Loop B 35. Families will find 41 single-family sites (capacity 8, $29/night) and 19 double-family sites (capacity 16, $58/night), plus a mix of walk-to tent sites and camps with concrete pads, picnic tables, fire rings, utility tables and vault toilets; several Loop B sites include picnic shelters. An interpretive nature trail runs along the stream inside the campground, and anglers can expect brown and cutthroat trout in the creek; hikers, bikers and off-highway vehicle riders will find abundant trail access, with Monks Hollow approximately 5 miles away and Red Ledges Picnic Area (and its red rock features, including Diamond Fork Arch) less than a mile from camp. For group gatherings the campground extends beyond the family loop sites 1A and 1B sit roughly 2 miles beyond the family area and sites 3 6 another mile farther and group sites are outfitted with picnic shelters, tables, grills, campfire rings, water spigots and large vehicle parking areas. Practical details are straightforward: payment is accepted by cash, check or Scan & Pay through the Recreation.gov app, and extra vehicles are $10 each; day use in a campground site is $15. Group site rates vary by capacity (for example, two smaller group sites 1A/1B are $84 for up to 25 people, several large group sites are $188 for up to 75 people, and one site is $330 for up to 125 people), so check the specific listing when reserving. Reservations and most policy details are handled through Recreation.gov (transactions will appear on statements as "Recreation.gov 877-444-6777") and the campground follows Recreation.gov change and cancellation rules: a $10 service fee applies to changes or cancellations, late cancellations can forfeit the first night's fee, and no-shows may face a $20 service fee and loss of use fees; refund requests must be made within 14 days after departure. The access route climbs Spanish Fork Canyon east from I-15 (near Spanish Fork) into Diamond Fork Canyon; family sites are about a 15-mile drive from Spanish Fork with the group sites a couple of miles further. For facility-specific questions or up-to-date seasonal access information call the local office at (385) 273-1100.
