“great campsite and campground. sites are well spaced from others with lots of room, firepit, etc. the facilities were clean and it's a great location with capitol reef only being 20 min from”
“Very nice campground for access to nearby attractions. The sites are large, spaced well apart, there is a fire ring, a sturdy table, flush toilets in a modular building and vault toilets for colder weather. There was a host available.”

Singletree Campground sits on the east flank of Boulder Mountain at about 8,200 feet, in a mixed ponderosa pine and aspen stand that opens onto distant desert vistas. The loop contains 33 sites all configured to accommodate both tents and recreational vehicles with several single-family sites and two larger group sites tucked toward the edge of the campground. Roads and parking spurs are paved, and the site list is practical for people towing trailers: there is a dump station on site, potable drinking water, and flush toilets. A small connectivity perk is available for a fee; wireless internet can be purchased at the campground for $5. Summer brings abundant wildflowers and fall brings notable color in the aspens, while open views from parts of the campground frame Capitol Reef National Park and the Henry Mountains beyond. Outdoor options start right from the loop: a one-mile trail begins inside the campground and follows Singletree Creek down to Singletree Falls, offering close-up creekside hiking and broad views over the red-rock country below. Near the group sites you'll find horseshoe pits and a volleyball court for low-key camp games, and the wider Fishlake National Forest supports activities ranging from biking, fishing and horseback riding to boating, OHV use and wildlife viewing check Forest Service listings for trailheads and permits. Singletree is reached from the Torrey area by following Highway 12 up from its junction with Highway 24; the campground is roughly a dozen miles from that junction and about 20 miles from the visitor services and trails around Capitol Reef. For current fees, reservation policies and seasonal openings, consult the Forest Service or recreation.gov before you go.
