“Manicured clean and well laid out campground. Went in after schools were in session in September. Had the place practically to myself. Great rate for a water and electric site!”
“Our water side site was double booked, and we were sent to another site. The site was fine, but we would not have even went if a water side was not available. I was told to request a refund on the app, but I can't find how to do that.”
“The location of these sites are great and very close to the dam. My only complaints were the site numbers were very hard to read and the parking spot was extremely unlevel (which makes van camping difficult) ”

The William Carl Garner Visitor Center, just west of the dam, has interpretive exhibits, a children's touch table and a replica of the 40 lb. 4 oz. brown trout caught in the Little Red River; downstream, the Greers Ferry National Fish Hatchery in Heber Springs (built in 1965) offers free tours and raises roughly a million rainbow trout annually for restocking.
