Trailside needs a person at the office, instead of having to travel to the Marina Koa, The $50 fee added to my purchase was not expected. It was explained as being taxes & resort type of fee, but no one knew the specifics. I would like to have known about this upfront and not at checkin. I have never had a KOA charge such an exorbitant fee!!!
Guest ★ 4 · Jun 2026All good except, a work camper leaves their barking dogs outside and doesn't quiet them. They may not even be around when they leave the dogs outside. It was quite annoying and disturbing. Other than that everything was good. No other park where we have stayed allow dogs to be left outside without their owners and we have been camping 4 months a year for the last 9 years.
