Rutland State Park is a 300-acre recreation area with developed facilities for fresh water swimming, picnicking, fishing, hiking and non-motorized boating. At Whitehall Pond, there is a swimming beach and a reservable pavilion in an adjacent picnic area. This small pavilion has eight picnic tables and a large charcoal grill. The fee is $65.00 per day/use. Parking fees are not included in the pavilion rental fee.
