Lake Champagne Campground sits on 100 acres of open fields, wooded trails, and maintained grounds in the geographic center of Vermont, all wrapped around a 3-acre natural swimming pond (the "lake"). The pond is the centerpiece. Stream-fed, no motors. Just clear water, a dock for jumping off, and a shallow area for kids. On a warm afternoon, it's hard to leave. Most sites have wide views across the valley to the Green Mountains. Full hookup with 30/50 amp, water and electric, and tent options. Pull-throughs fit the largest rigs and work well for vans. Smaller sites are tucked into private spots in the woods. Fire rings and picnic tables at every site. Two bathhouses on the property, both clean and well-maintained. Longtime campers say they're the best they've seen. Laundry on site. Camp store for the basics. Property-wide WiFi that actually works. Two large dog dog parks on the property, one for big dogs, one for small. Randolph sits right in the middle of the state, which makes this a solid base for exploring. Good hiking, mountain biking, and gravel riding are all close. Great restaurants and breweries just a few minutes away.
