Table Rock sits in a small canyon a short drive past Kelly Canyon Ski Resort, roughly 30 miles east of Idaho Falls on the Heise Road/Forest Road network. The campsite occupies an open grassy draw where summer wildflowers bloom between stands of aspens and tall pines that provide patchy shade; the feeling is more meadow than dense forest. Though described as a large group campground, it is officially recorded as a single campsite that accepts both RVs and tents and can accommodate groups of up to 200 people.
