Guest ★ 3 · Jun 2026The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there is no ADA parking. Every place you go in this park has a "no Parking" sign. We are older we can't walk the distances in this park. We have a tow car but couldn't use it because there of the signage. They offered to give us a ride in their cart which is wonderful but non coinvent to us.
Guest ★ 5 · Jun 2026We rented a basic cabin. It was very nice! Couldn't find the remote for the TV, though.
Guest ★ 5 · Jun 2026I want to thank the wonderful people at the Amarillo KOA. There was a mixup in the reservations and honestly I don't know if it was me or them but the ladies there handled it and saved 3 very weary travelers a lot of time, money, and much needed sleep! Thank you for what you did. We will always recommend the KOA experience!
