Riverfront property with a 2 acre pond. River access to Fishing, kayaking, swimming, floating. Private setting to enjoy a peaceful evening near a fire and roast marshmallows. So many cool places to check out to see and do in the surrounding areas. Topwire, Tulip festival, whiskey Hill cafe, 91 school playground and walking path, Octoberfest (Sept), Oregon gardens, hot air balloon, sky diving, champoeg park boating, silver falls hiking, bauman farms, rodeo (July), outlet mall, abby Hill, a few splash parks in surrounding areas, indoor woodburn swimming pool. silverton reservoir, lots of golf courses near by. Lots of great foods to try in the area. Route 99, Russia with love, sweet spot cafe (molalla), farm house, gallon house and lots more. Grocery: safeway less then 10 min away, dollar general 5 min away. Well water is available near the house. Firewood available.
