Lexington Construction Information
Lexington State Harbor will undergo four major maintenance and enhancement projects managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the DNR in 2026 and 2027. These upgrades will result in closures of the marina, fuel dock, sanitary pump-out station and boating access site across different time periods.
Find construction timeline: michigan.gov/dnr/managing-resources/prd/key-project-updates#Lexington*Advance reservations opened Friday, July 17 for dates through July 31. The harbor was already scheduled open Aug. 1 through Sept. 29. It will close again for construction in the fall.
