**CONSTRUCTION UPDATE** - North clubhouse with sitting rooms, laundry, bathrooms and private showers is now open. Main clubhouse, swimming pools, hot tubs, and indoor sports courts will open in Winter 2024. Sun Creek Point RV Park is a 225-site park and is located on 29 acres in suburban Caldwell, Idaho. Massive paved RV pads up to 75 feet long and 30 feet wide. Both pull-through and back-in sites are available. Built with everyone in mind, the park has massive open areas for outdoor gatherings, games, and relaxation. Located near shopping, restaurants, and just 2 minutes from the freeway for easy access to the whole Treasure Valley The park boasts a luxurious 10,000 square foot clubhouse equipped with laundry facilities, a year-round pool, hot tubs, golf simulator, full size sports court, game rooms, private showers and bathrooms (opening in Winter 2024).
