Schildberg Recreation Area sits just northwest of Atlantic. It consists of 3 beautiful lakes perfect for fishing, enjoy hiking around the lakes with beautiful scenery of native grasses, flowers and wildlife to look at. The campground is open with a full functioning bathhouse and full hookups. Enjoy the playgrounds with the family or sit back and relax on your site. Schildberg’s is one of Atlantic’s more popular spots and becoming more and more of a destination area.
