“Easy access to get around Mesa. CVS and Frye's grocery close. Nice pool with spray mist feature along fence where nice chairs and lounge chairs are located. Clean new bathrooms. Beautiful clubhouse. Laundry facilities are nice and reasonably priced.”
“Friendly staff and residents but extremely noisy area with air and street traffic all night. Dirty bathrooms and shower stalls so wet it was impossible to undress/dress without getting pants wet.”
